@ritac61 Thanks for your interest! Underarm to underarm measures 16 inches when lying flat, but the smocking in the bust and on the back provides plenty of stretch to accommodate various sizes. If I pull, I can stretch it to almost 23 inches. Length from shoulder to hem is 36 inches. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!
