I have a new with tags Manish Vaid beautiful sapphire Blue and White dress. the beading is extremely intricate and very heavy. the two straps have heavy silver accents on the front and at the back neckline. the beading on this dress is exceptional it's like a work of art. never washed or worn purchased at a boutique in Newport Beach California
