NWT MAGGY LONDON SILK FORMAL DRESS from Nordstrom. It has a halter top with a forgiving waistband and a tie to the side. The back is open and has lots of flow to it. Absolutely gorgeous on! Great color for fall and to wear to dinner or formal events. There is no give to this material. It has a hidden zipper. An extra button is included. This is not a cheaply made dress great quality.
