NWT Macy’s City Studio Pink 2 Tiered Ruffle Mini Skirt w/ Suspenders

NWT lined & has crinoline bottom part of lining; vibrant pink color and stylish, flownsy design. Part of a 2pc set from Macy’s so seriously discounted but I honestly think it will be more fun/versatile to use with different shirts, tanks, halters, etc… what I would have done to start with honestly. Suspenders are thin & none adjustable. Measures approximately waist 15” lying flat (30” waist), suspenders measure 14.5” shoulder to waist - note they’re thin and would look cute knotted at top if you needed to adjust.
