New with tags. A super soft pair of high quality brown soft stretch corduroy maternity pants with adjustable button band at top waist. Top band is a light mocha brown made of 94.5%cotton/5.5%spandex so it’s soft and very stretchy yet thick and supportive. Pants are a dark chocolate brown made of 97%cotton/3%spandex in a thick soft knit corduroy that’s so comfortable with 2 deep side pockets! Size is a L but fits a US Women’s 10-12. All measurements are taken laying flat, unstretched: 16 1/4” across front top waist x 9” rise on mocha band only x 6” rise from crotch of pants up to bottom of mocha band= 15” total rise x 20 1/2” hips flat across front x 27 3/4” inseam x 19” around loose fit leg opening.
