NWT MAURICES Plaid Heavy Duty Shacket Size M( 1 or 2X) NWT

This is a heavy duty 100% cotton shacket by Maurices. The sizing is confusing. The woman in the picture is 5'9 and wearing a size 0. The shacket I have new with tags is a MEDIUM with a bust measurement of 23" and a length of 32" My estimation would be that it is a 1X or a 2X. Very warm and cozy. Coloring is a creme w a plum purple WPST309L05M
