Midaxi Hemline Long Sheer Sleeves High Neckline Pleated Details This dress has a keyhole opening in the back with a hidden zipper and internal hook below the opening and two fabric-covered buttons above the opening. It's made of 100% polyester and is lined with a fabric that's also made of 100% polyester. It's brand new and unworn with its original tags still attached. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure a good fit. They were taken with the dress zipped and buttoned and laid flat. Note: There isn't a seam separating the arm from the shoulder, so to take a Sleeve measurement, I measured from the outside of the crinkled yoke to the end of the sleeve.
