NWT beautiful blue and white printed maxi dress! Has a surplice faux wrap top with ties to cinch in waist and a leg slit to balance out the dress. Snap button on the bust and lined to mid thigh (where the slit starts). Fabric is 100% rayon. Would recommend for a taller person, as this was too long for me (I am 5’2”).
