NWT Lulus Party Dress

This new dress by Lulus has thin straps and a deep V neckline. It has an empire waist and a faux wrap on the skirt. There are three pleats on one side that drop to a tulip hem. Although it’s a medium, it only measures 17”14”19”, much more like a small or xs. With the tulip hem, it’s 42” at the shortest point and 58” at the longest point. Sweet little dress but I just don’t think it would fit a medium. Take note of this please.
