NWT Lulu’s Oceanside Adventure Green and White Striped Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @emolyns_thrifts. Loved it, but isn’t very flattering on my body type. I’m small chested (34A), the chest area billows too much for me. I wish the shoulder straps adjusted. Still with tags. Unworn. Pet and smoke free home. 15” pit to pit 15” about straps (non adjustable) ** it’s pretty awkward measuring the straps because of how the dress “wraps” around the body ( as shown in pics) Chest area is sewn ( as pictured) Elastic waistband throughout Fully lined, not see through and still light breezy fabric.
