Hello Stephanie - I just sent your photos to my sales person at Loewe in Beverly Hills and she said without a doubt, that is a fake hat and pointed out exactly how she knew. @aak1982 i'm surprised to hear that and would be curious how she was able to tell? As I mentioned in my post, it was given to me. That said, thr hat was dropped off at the post office about an hour ago and has already been scanned. I'm not sure how to proceed but I am happy to inquire with Poshmark

@aak1982 just wanted to let you know that I submitted a help ticket with Poshmark and explained the situation. It does say that it might take one to three days for them to respond but hopefully it's sooner than later

A buyer may open a formal return case with us within 72 hours from delivery for any of the following reasons:
- Undisclosed damage
- Incorrect or missing item
- Item not as described within the listing
- Item is not authentic
So when you get it, file a formal return case and we'll get it sorted pronto

@poshsteph7 will do, thank you! She said a few things - the seam going down the side of the hat and the interior tag. I can actually take it in to her in person when I receive it and let her look at it again - just to make sure :)
