NWT Listicle Striped Embroidered Swing Top - SZ L

New, purchased last summer at a boutique but never worn or laundered. Semi-sheer, light blue and white striped fabric with an off-white embroidered floral design down the front on both sides. Short-sleeved and short, swing-style design, has a wide gathered, elastic head and neck opening. Blouse has loose threads around the area where the yoke meets the bodice. This is original to manufacture and I will let the new owner trim them. Please see photos for condition, fabric content and care. Measurement from base of arm pit to pit is approx. 16”. Probably most comfortable on a person that wears M to L as I feel it runs a little small.
