NWT Line and Dot dress

This is a brand new line and dot dress. Is is a size small. The measurements are as follows. Shoulder to shoulder is approximately 12 1/2 inches. The armpits are approximately 16 inches and the total length is approximately 34 inches. It is listed as a size small. It's extremely well made it just did not fit me correctly. The MSRP for this dress is 138. However I'm not asking to get that money back. This is posted as at an extreme discount I am open to reasonable offers.
