NWT Lilly Pulitzer Randee One Piece Rashguard Size 4

Gorgeous one piece Randee rashguard from Lilly Pulitzer, new with tags, size 4. Color is passion fruit pink. Received for my birthday and am absolutely devastated it doesn't fit. This style apparently runs extremely short in the torso, I would recommend only purchasing if you know you have a short torso or have worn this style before. For reference I'm 5'6", measurements 31" chest, 25" waist, and 37" hip with a long torso and the shoulders on this swimsuit only came to my chest/armpits. Hygiene liner still in place.
