NWT LilaRoe Chelsea Dress with rolled cuffs Size 2XL

Reposhing this item I purchased from @wendiybrannon. Loved it, but it runs quite large! It is much bigger than the model picture implies. I ordered it in a smaller size from another posher. Beautiful fabric. The fabric is kind of flowy. It is not tshirt material. Questions? Leave a comment below!
