NWT Lightweight Teal Accordion Pleat Hi-lo Skirt Small

A beautiful teal colored lightweight flowy skirt, lined with a half slip. Shorter hem in front, longer in back. Fitted style waist-constructed from fabric not annoying elastic so the waist does NOT stretch. Side zipper and one hook closure above zipper. Never worn, one of the many things I purchased but never got to wear, now sadly too small. Waist across measures 13” flat.
