NWT Le Suit Ruffle Hem Flounce Skirt Vanilla Ice Chambray Size 16

Very cute flounce style skirt with a ruffle hem. Was originally part of a skirt suit but the size didn't match the jacket, so I separated them. The suit was called chambray vanilla ice. The material is polyester and elastane with a polyester lining that goes to the start of the bottom ruffle, so not fully lined. Approximate Measurements Waist across: 19.5" Length: 25" B5
