mtuschhoff @raspberrypuree To be honest, I'm not exactly sure as I have recently lost a fair bit of weight and am just starting to learn my new size. I bought the large anticipating it running small and it ended up being way too big on me, although the small was just too big for me as well. The bottom measures 34" and has a very small bit of stretch and the top is at 36" and stretches to about 40". I hope this helps!! Let me know if other measurements would be useful :)
