This is the perfect St. Patrick’s Day or Christmas celebration blouse. It’s dress but oh so fun with the adjustable back tie and covered button closing.it is shorter in the front and longer in the back. There is a small spot (possibly someone trying it on) top right side that I did not try to get out, but did try to show in the photo
