NWT LC Lauren Conrad blue flutter sleeve blouse embellished with silver metallic thread. Little ruffles on the sleeves. Transparent with a built-in tank. Very light and airy looking for spring and summer, though colors could work all year round. Buttons closure at back of collar, extra button included. Measurements and materials in pics. Size S. Machine wash in cold (inside out) and tumble dry low. Beautiful for a date night, casual day out shopping, but could also work well as office attire.
