Beautiful Soft Velvet Fabric. Fits more like an XXL in my personal opinion. My bust is 41” around and it is very large on me. 92% Polyester 8% Spandex. Armpit to armpit circa 19”. Waist circa 36”. Shoulder to Hem circa 34.5” L. The measurements are with the smocking unstretched. There is a lot of stretch available.
