I don't see a fabric content tag, but the material is fairly lightweight and stretchy, they have 2 front and 2 back pockets, button and zipper closure, raw hems on the legs, and they have a cropped length. They're brand new and have never been worn. Waist- 26 inches around Length from waist- 35 inches Inseam length- 27 inches
