LANCÔME Mini Cils Booster XL Super Mascara Base, brand new/never opened before mini mascara base. It arrived in 1 of my monthly subscription Sephora boxes, so this is exactly how I received it, because it's considered a "mini," travel/trial, deluxe sample size. I don't use mascara base anymore, as I'm a stay-at-home-mom & only leave the house for school drop off/pick up and grocery shopping. But I used to sell cosmetics and this was a TOP SELLER for our store AND company. Base color is actually an opaque white, not clear.
