NWT - L'AGENCE White Skirt with White Buttons - Size 27

New with tags. L'AGENCE white skirt with white buttons. Size 27. I paid full retail of $275 🤢 There is a small mark that I circled in the last pic. I am not sure what the mark is and I haven’t tried to treat it. I am cleaning out my closet and am posting stuff over the next few days. These are all items that I purchased and I either didn’t wear them or didn’t wear them enough, so I need to make room for more stuff (don’t tell that part to my husband!).
