NWT Knox Rose beige and black ruffle blouse XS

Knox Rose oversized peasant blouse, new with tags. This beautiful beige and black blouse is incredibly soft. It features excellent details like additional ruffling on the sleeves and ornate tassels on the tie strings. The cuffs are elastic. While the tag says size extra small, it is oversized, so please be sure to look at the measurements as it fit more like a medium on me. The blouse measures 21 inches from armpit to armpit laying flat. It measures 24 inches from the back of the neck to the bottom of the garment.
