NWT. Never wore this. As of now NO missing hearts that I can see! A few came off in shipment to me but I fixed them already. Very sturdy and heavy. Feels very fancy on. Kelsey dresses online are so expensive so this collab with revolve is great! Disclaimer - As with all sequins and gems outfits, there is a possibility that I missed a missing heart or one pops off during transit. I double checked and do not see a missing heart but there are so many i may have missed something. disclaimer though that in transit one or two may pop off and need to be glued back. It's not noticeable when they are missing due to the nature of the dress. Just glue them back on or leave them off.
