New with tags Kate Hill Black V Neck Blouse 20W and gently used matching pants from same brand in a 22W. Former owner wore as a set, so I’m selling as a set but happy to split up the listing for interested buyers. Blouse is black velvet v neck with long sleeves that gather at ends with elastic. Pull over style. 82% rayon, 18% silk. Pants are black velvet wide leg with side zip and elastic sections at back waist. 80% rayon, 20% silk. Pants are fully lined. There is one small mark at top of pants from a clip hanger, see last pic. May steam out? Waist may be a bit stretched, but elastic portions seem to have some bounce back. Check measurements below.
