NWT Juniors yellow wrap front skirt/ skort sz Large

NWT Junior Yellow lined skort size large. Rayon exterior, polyester lining. Nice material and not see thru. Elastic waist in back and inside of front. Appears to be a wrap skirt with flat band on front wrap part of skirt with adjustable tie. Approximately 15 1/2” inseam. Size chart indicates this fits a size 9 or 11 in juniors. Waist fits approximately 28-29”.
