New with tags, never worn. Joe Fresh, purchased from Nordstrom Rack. Button front, flowy cap sleeve blouse. Hot pink (like watermelon tone)z. Size Large. Armpit to armpit measures 20.5”, length is 28”, it’s slightly longer in the back. Can be dressed up or down. Very cute color! The tag says scarlet, to me it looks pink though.
