New with tags Vintage 1990s era Jeffrey Halper 100% cotton velvet zebra print front long vest with button front. Very stylish and versatile, whether you’re going for a goth, mobwife, maximalist, or just modern look. Note that owner has kept this vest in a basement clothing storage unit since the 90s. While new with tags, it does have some light, but untreated, small stains. I honestly didn’t notice these right away, as if you see pics, they aren’t large or dark enough to notice (unless you’re looking for them, in my opinion). See pics. Vest is machine washable.
