New with tags, J Mode floral soft wrap hi Lo hem dress size large. Material is 65% polyester, 30% rayon and 5% spandex. Length is about 37 inches in the front and 45 inches in the back, waist is about 23 inches BUT is an elastic band and stretches and armpit to armpit is about 16 1/2 inches but stretches.
