NWT J Crew Light Blue Cable Knit Turtleneck Sweater

NWT sweater with dirt spots on front (see picture). I'm pretty sure they can be washed out as it feels like something sitting on top of the fibers, not like it's bleached or something. Fabric contents: 58% Cotton, 30% Acrylic, 10% Polyester
