New with tags large turquoise stretch knit dress with asymmetric balloon style hem from IC by Connie K. Please note this item has been priced lower because it is flawed. There is something on the bottom hem And side. I believe it is because it was dragged on the floor in the store, I purchased it this way without seeing it on the dress. It didn’t fit me and it hasn’t been washed yet since it is new with tags, the stain should come out upon washing. There is also a flaw in the seam running across the center of the dress. Some of the stitches have come out, if you can sew, it can likely easily be fixed. Please see photos and consider prior to purchase.
