New with tags and in original packaging slip. Unfortunately, it was too big for me, and I couldn't return it. The size is comparable to a US women's dress size 10 or 12. The last photo shows the dress on me, it’s quite wrinkled but that’s how it arrived. I imagine washing it will take care of that.
