These pants are gorgeous and the velvet is fluid and comfortable. Hook, button and zip closure with elastic across the back of the waist for comfort. Pockets. Polyester and spandex blends. Flat measures 13.5 inches straight across the waist with a 10.5 inch rise and 33 inch inseam. The leg opening measures 10 inches across at the hem. Classic luxury on a budget.
