New With Tags. This dress is so cute. My pictures make the color look like a Navy blue, but it is a royal blue like the first few photos. The design is a bodycon, but the small ruffles on the neck and on the sleeve soften the look. The back of the dress has lots of ruching making it a bodycon. There is a keyhole neckline that closes with a tie. The dress is out of stock right now. The fabric content is 100% Rayon. It’s a perfect summer dress.
