NWT H&M black blouse or light jacket M-L

This adorable 3/4 sleeve top has a low V-neck collar and one button closure. It can either be worn as a blouse or a very light weight jacket over a lightweight top. It is unlined. Has slits on either side so can easily fit over hips. Cuffs on the sleeves with button closures. In a classic black, will go with everything and can be worn in all seasons. Check the measurements. The tag says size 4 and the second tag says size 14. The measurements certainly seem to be closer to the larger size, so I am posting this as a M.
