Balloon sleeves with elastic ao they can be pulled up to a shorter length and buttons up the front. This dress has a slightly lower hem in the back as you can see from the website picture. Pit to pit measures 20 and shoulder to front hem is about 36 and shoulder to back hem is about 39.
