NWT Girl's pink Dance Tutu Dress. Satin slip-type straps. Four layers of pale pink tulle with the outer layer being encrusted with 5 tiny flowers with an iridescencent bead in the center. Next layer is a satin slip with the final one being a crinoline. Zippered back in satin & features a tulle tie belt.
