NWT Girls Size 3/4 White and Blue Flower Girl Dress With Petals in The Skirt. Absolutely stunning! I have 2 of these that were outgrown before they could be used. This dress has a satin bodice and a very full layered built in crinoline skirt. Wide satin blue bow at the waist. Has blue flower petals inside the skirt that can be shaken around to be more even and cover the entire bottom of the skirt. Very large blue and purple rose at the front of the waist, with blue, sage green, and pearl strands hanging from the rose. Super pretty and elegant.
