NWT Genuine Nicaraguan Handcrafted Handsewn Cloth Doll

This is an adorable, NWT doll from Nicaragua. It was purchased from a nonprofit that does charitable work in Nicaragua and was handcrafted by a woman who is based in a women's arts collective in Corozo, Nicaragua. (There is information about the artisan on a tag that is attached to the doll -- see photos.) The doll is approximately 14 inches tall and 4 inches wide. She is made of a variety of fabrics, including cotton, felt, and yarn. Her face is handsewn. Her body is cotton. Her clothes are cotton, satin, tulle, and felt. Her hair is yarn. She's wearing a dress that has shorts underneath it. She also has red shoes. (Fyi, none of the clothing is removable; it is sewn on.) The doll is stuffed with some kind of lightweight stuffing or batting; you can move her limbs and she is lightweight and soft, like a pillow. The doll is NWT; received as a gift, but never used, and in brand-new condition.
