NWT Gal Meets Glam Gathered and Ruffled Fit and Flare Dress Size 8 Blue Manufacturers sample. I don’t believe it was every made in production as they went out of business in 2020. Made in cotton gauze. Sky blue turquoise and white floral print. Gathered on top with ruffles at waist and cap sleeves. Invisible back zipper. Fit and flare style with side pockets. No fabric or size tags. Lined on bottom only. Shown on my size 4-6 dress form and it fits well. Chest unstretched is 31” Ruffle for sleeve is 3” Length is 36” from shoulder seam Set in waist is 30” unstretched and goes to 36” New with sample tag. I have one in a orange color way too.
