Hi again .. this skort says medium size with waist 25 “ , however the local Uniqlo skort size S has a waist 27 “ which is too small for me ,I am looking for a medium ( none available in store ) yet this one seems smaller than Uniqlo store .. is there size difference in Japan ? Thank you
