Approx meas; sleeve inseam 19" long, 14" across at armpits but stretchy, 15" at waist where the tube type elastic ends, 14" from the middle front to end of stretchy tube top, 14.5" from there to hem, 34.5" shoulder seam to hem. Skirt & bodice are lined. Black with tiny white stars with a little bit of blue around them & gold flowers.
