NWT Free People maxi dress with bell sleeves, size 8

This dress is a lovely long sleeved floral dress from Free People, new with tags, in a size 8. The fabric is navy blue background with lighter blue flowers and gold accents on the flowers. It is 50/50 cotton/rayon with a rayon lining, and flows beautifully. The back of the dress has a summery criss-cross pattern, and there is a side zipper for fit. The long sleeves are belled. Bust is approximately 37 inches; waist 29 inches; hips 31 inches. The dress has an A-line from the waist. Neck to hem is 51 inches.
