NWT, Free People Tegan Dress, Size 2, Pink Yellow Floral

Pre-loved long-sleeve dress with a cut out front & back. Side zipper closure, bodice lined, with pockets. Back of dress has a fabric button closure on the top. It appears the front of the dress has been altered in the chest area to prevent it from plunging low. Please see Pics# 11 & 12 for reference. Perhaps it can be unstitched to bring the dress back to the original v-neck plunge??? There is also a white spot on the back panel of the dress. See Pic# 13.
