NWT Free People Movement Halo Cutout Leggings

These new with tags Free People leggings are from their athletic line. The have one cutout on the outside of the leg above the knee and one cutout on the inside of the calf. I would describe them as 7/8th length. The tag says black but I think they are more of a dark heathered gray. Made of 89% polyester and 11% polyester.
