NWT Free People Jaymes midi dress black with blue floral XS $168

New with tags. Perfect summer to fall transition piece. The Jaymes floral midi has a smocked top with long sleeves. Sleeves have elastic cuffs and ruffles. Bottom has a slit that is 22” long. Total length of dress from shoulder to hem is 50”. Armpit to armpit is 14.5” but there is a lot of stretch because of the smocking. Size XS. Shown on my size 4 mannequin. Top is lined and dress is lined to the slit. Below the slit and the sleeves are unlined. Background of dress is black. Flowers are blue, purple and white. Looks amazing with boots, sandals and everything in between. New with tags, no flaws.
