NWT Free People Intimately Oliva Rose Velvet Wrap Dress - Women's Small

NWT condition - please note the "belt loop" is broken (last picture) however this does not effect the wearability of the dress. It just makes it hard to photograph on the hanger. It would be a quick fix or if I was keeping this I would just snip it off!
