NWT Free People Floral Dress with slip and velvet detailing (pictured). Beautiful dress that can be dressed down with boots and a cute hat or up with fancy shoes and worn to a more formal event like a wedding. Has amazing flow to it, just never got the opportunity to wear it. I am under 5 foot and this hits me just above my ankles. Gorgeous and sure to make a statement!
